Glonghui May 16 丨 Macau Lijun (01680arcadeclub.HK) Announcementarcadeclub, the company is pleased to announce that JSC Limited ("JSC Limited"), a British Virgin Islands company held 51% by the buyer, meets the suitability requirements of the Lao government, and that MLDLaos has obtained the necessary approvals from the Lao government for the sale and the operation of JSC Limited of the Target Group business by JSC Limited, so all preconditions under the agreement have been met. The sale was completed on May 16, 2024, and all the buyer's rights and obligations under the agreement were transferred to Jiechuang Co., Ltd. on the same day before the settlement in accordance with the terms and conditions of the agreement. After the completion, the Group no longer owns any equity interest in the target company and the target company is no longer accounted for as a subsidiary of the Group.
