Reported that Brookfield Asset Management will invest in Leap Green Energy through its global transformation fund. The fund specializes in investing in areas such as clean energy and raised US$10 billion in its first round of fundraising in February this year.

Reported that the investment may boost Leap Green Energy's plans to expand its wind power capacity in India. Leap Green Energy's current portfolio has an operating capacity of more than 750MW and plans to expand to more than 7GW by 2029.
