Gelonghui May 13 丨 Jade Bird Fire Protection (002960)(002960spinnerspinballarcade.SZ) announcedspinnerspinballarcade, Mr. Cai Weimin, the chairman of the company, and Mr. Zeng Desheng, a third-party natural person, plan to jointly transfer 38,095,000 shares of the company to Beijing Beida Jade Bird Huanyu Technology Co., Ltd.(referred to as "Beida Jade Bird Huanyu"), the controlling shareholder of the company, accounting for 5.02% of the company's total share capital of 758,968,225 shares. Among them, Mr. Cai Weimin plans to transfer 32,795,000 shares to Peking University Jade Bird Huanyu, and Mr. Zeng Desheng plans to transfer 5,300,000 shares to Peking University Jade Bird Huanyu. This transfer did not touch the tender offer. After the completion of this transfer, Mr. Cai Weimin holds 98,387,944 shares of the company, accounting for 12.96% of the company's total share capital; Mr. Zeng Desheng holds 2,327,120 shares of the company, accounting for 0.31% of the company's total share capital; Peking University Jade Bird Huanyu holds 213,569,469 shares of the company, accounting for 28.14% of the company's total share capital.
