Youbao Online (02429) announcedscratchonlineOn May 23, 2024, the board of directors reviewed and approved the proposal to implement full circulation of H shares, which is to replace the company's 6511scratchonline.2.95 million unlisted domestic shares were converted into H shares of the company. After obtaining all relevant approvals (including filing with the China Securities Regulatory Commission) and complying with all applicable laws, regulations and rules, 65.11295 million domestic shares will be converted into H shares, and the company will also apply to the Stock Exchange for approval of these H shares to be listed and traded on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange.

As of the date of this announcement, the Company has not applied to the China Securities Regulatory Commission for full circulation of H shares, and the details of the Company's implementation plan for conversion and listing have not yet been finalized.
